How do I pay for my order online?
We currently accept the following payment methods: cards, cryptocurrencies, digital wallets, and real-time payments. Find the perfect checkout flow for you by selecting your preferred payment method based on your location.
How can I get an invitation to access limited-edition products?
To opt for an invitation send us a message at contact@spacewine.io, reach out via direct message on đ / twitter, meet with the Space Wine Lab’s founder to receive an invitation card, or contact the founder directly here. It will be great for him to share Space Wine Lab unique creations directly with you.
Can I order other items that are sold out?
Some creations that are not in stock may be available again upon request. Limited Editions that have already been sold out will not be available to order. However, a chance remains to find some creations reintroduced in our Encore section here. If you would like to order any of these items that are not in stock, you can contact us through our contact form or send an email to: contact@spacewine.io. It will be rad to share Space Wine Lab unique creations with you and We will do the best to accommodate your request.
How many items can I buy online?
For most apparel, you can buy up to 2 units per style. For limited editions, 1 unit per style. Toys and accessories: up to 2 units. These limits apply per checkout and may vary depending on the collection. We may limit daily orders per person and creations will be available while supplies last.
Can I buy Space Wine products from other online stores?
Our original creations are only available both in our online concept gallery, spacewine.io, and our privĂȘ pop-up events around the world. However, you can eventually find some collabs in authorized physical stores and marketplaces that can sell our creations to you only by presenting the SWLab’s invitations there.
Distinctive Limited Editions can be found by invitation-only access in the online concept gallery or in the privĂȘ pop-up events around the world.
When and where are the next pop-up shop events?
Discover our upcoming privĂȘ pop-up events by sending a message to contact@spacewine.io or subscribing to our mailing list to be eligible for an early invitation and be the first to know about our privĂȘ pop-up events in secret locations around the world, featuring exclusive access to limited-edition creations.
Can I purchase large quantities to resell in my store?
Resale is not allowed. Our original creations are only available both in our online concept gallery, and our privĂȘ pop-up events around the world.
I do not live in any of the countries on your list. Can I order online?
Currently, we only accept orders from residents who live in the countries that are on the shipping list in our Terms.
How can I know when you are going to launch a new collection?
Follow us on đ / twitter and subscribe to our mailing list to receive information about the launch of new collections.
When are specific items released?
Subscribe to our mailing list, and follow us on đ / twitter. From there you can receive information every time we launch a creation or collection.
Do you re-stock your inventory in collections?
On occasion, we will restock our inventory. Be sure to check back on our site frequently to see if the item you want has been restocked.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
To ensure the best shipping experience for our global customers, we work with a network of recognized shipping companies. Shipping companies are selected based on the customer’s location, prioritizing local carriers to avoid additional charges for customs taxes. The cost of shipping with its tax is already included in the price. For more information, see our Terms.
When will my order arrive?
We appreciate your patience while we process your order. Your order will be verified and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery will take an additional 7 to 10 business days. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days after purchasing.
Why do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
To ensure a secure shopping experience, both your billing address and shipping address must match. This measure helps us prevent credit card fraud.
Do I have to pay any tax on my orders?
All purchase taxes and shipping taxes are included in the prices shown on the online concept gallery store.
Will I be charged customs taxes on orders?
We will not charge you any additional tax or customs. Depending on where you live, you may be charged customs or import taxes by your local authority. We work with local carriers to avoid, as far as possible but not definitively, additional surcharges that arise on their shipments. We are not responsible for any import duties or customs taxes, and this is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
An item exchange is available only if you receive an incorrect item that differs from the original order. In this unlikely case, a complimentary exchange will be processed upon contacting us within three (3) days of receiving it.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed whether due to shipping damage, if you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or simply changed your mind.
I placed a successful order, but why haven’t I received a confirmation email yet?
During high demand, confirmation email delivery may take a little longer. If you haven’t received it within an hour, check your spam folder. If you think you have entered an incorrect email, contact us through the contact form with your order number and last name so we can resend it to you.

I added an item to my cart, but somehow, it’s already out of stock.
Items in our online concept gallery are sold on a “first-come, first-served” basis. While you are in the checkout process, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards through the online concept gallery store; however, you can opt for invitations by following us on our social networks đ / twitter and Instagram and joining our community. Post a pic using our products and get unique invitations for exclusive access. Remember to Tag us in your posts using these hashtags: #SpaceWine #SpaceWineLab #SWLab
Also, we can send you an exclusive invitation for early access to limited-edition creations in our online concept gallery and privĂȘ pop-up events around the world.
Can you send me a bottle of Space Wine?
We can only send you a bottle of Space Wine if you are an astronaut in space. đ
However, if you’re an Earthling, you can become a Space Wine Lab ambassador on Earth by getting any of our creations and sharing them on your social networks to be eligible for invitations and special access to our exclusive events.
