In-Store Purchase Policy
You can buy up to two (2) units of each product per transaction. Limited Editions are limited to one (1) unit of each product per transaction, while supplies last. Please be aware that you may be limited to a maximum of two (2) transactions per customer, per day. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase for any reason without explanation.
Secure Processing
Spacewine.io uses secure processing called SSL encryption technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while it is being transferred over the Internet.
Purchasing for Personal Use and Resale
You may only purchase products for personal use. You may purchase products for resale only under the prior written authorization of Space Wine Lab to do so. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders and to cancel subscriptions to resale programs for any reason without explanation.

Space Wine Lab does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. The shipping address must be written exclusively in Latin characters.
Shipping time depends on your location. Please allow 3-6 business days for order processing and checking, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note that this transit time is an estimate and may vary.
The price of the products includes the shipping fee.
Space Wine Lab selects local carriers to avoid, to the extent possible but not definitively, the need for customers to pay an additional customs duty surcharge.
Delivery to P.O. boxes is only available for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to P.O. boxes is not allowed and is at the customer’s own risk and expense. Deliveries to P.O. boxes may experience delays. Deliveries to APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) military addresses are available.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the carrier.

Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after they have been placed. We do our best to ship all packages within 15 business days. If your order has not been shipped within 30 business days, you may contact customer service to request a cancellation.
Sales Tax and Customs Duties
Sales and shipping taxes are included in the price of the published products. E-commerce sales that are shipped do not incur any additional charges for sales tax or other taxes.
The exact tax rate for your order is calculated based on the applicable rates and rules depending on your local tax jurisdiction and this information can be sent upon request after the final payment is settled.
The price of the products does not include additional customs duties that an order may incur upon arrival in the destination country. Space Wine Lab is not responsible for any additional customs duties that an order may incur upon arrival in the destination country, and their value depends on the import regulations of each country. Space Wine Lab does not assume responsibility for packages held in customs if these charges are not paid by the customer.
Products
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to change only in accordance with these Terms.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer or smartphone screen will be accurate.
Model images are an AI-generated reference. The exact images of the products offered are in their descriptions and on the Shop page. The fit of the clothes may vary slightly due to individual body shape. For accurate product measurements, please refer to the Sizing page.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited by law.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, nor that any errors on the Site will be corrected.
Replace and Return Policy
We will gladly replace an item only in case of manufacturing defects. In that case, a free replacement is offered if you contact us within three (3) days of the product delivery.
No replacements are accepted for shipping damage, if you ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, or simply changed your mind. We don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Before requesting an item replacement, please contact our team using the contact form and provide a description and a clear photograph showing the problem. Items to be replaced must be sent back to us in perfect condition, new, with the packaging and all original labels attached. Space Wine Lab must receive the item within 7 days of the replacement authorization. Packages sent to Space Wine Lab without first contacting us will not be accepted.
For items to be replaced you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. T-shirts, hats, bags, accessories, shoes, or items on selected offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
It is recommended to use a trusted shipping company. Space Wine Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of tracking and a signature of receipt as proof of delivery, no replacement will be issued. Items cannot be sent in person at any Space Wine Lab store, distributor, or headquarters.
Copyright and Trademarks
All content and infrastructure of our Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, are the property of Puleun Hill Lda. (dba Space Wine, Space Wine Lab, and SWLab) and are protected by the European Union, United States, and international copyright laws. - For the opportunity to attend a launch and purchases in Space Wine’s store, registration must be completed online or at the time of purchase.
- Your mobile phone number will be used to notify you if you have been chosen to attend an exclusive launch.
- You must use the WhatsApp instant messaging service (2.20+) to receive the messages.
- You can withdraw from the registry at any time. Simply send a text message requesting to unsubscribe. We will send you a message to confirm that you have canceled your subscription. After this, you will no longer receive any further messages from us and will no longer be eligible to be selected to attend a new launch. Wine is a milestone in the history of humanity. It has had significant social and religious significance in many cultures and is a source of inspiration for artists and writers. Its production has contributed to the economic development of many regions, created jobs, boosted tourism, and generated income and well-being for local communities.
Wine is a symbol of diversity. It is produced all over the world, with different countries developing their autochthonous wine styles and traditions.
The role of wine in the evolution of civilization and its contribution to science and technology has made this “Nectar of the Gods” much more than a drink, it is a symbol of cultural wealth, history, and human creativity.

At SWLab we are aware that wine is an alcoholic beverage, and that excessive individual consumption can have harmful consequences. Therefore, SWLab is committed to eradicating the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, excessive consumption, compulsive consumption, and any other violent and unsafe behavior related to alcohol, such as driving any type of transport vehicle or performing individual financial investments under the influence of alcohol. We are also committed to promoting responsible consumption and informing about the health risks and benefits of consuming wine and other alcoholic species.
SWLab carefully selects its partners and collaborators, prioritizing those who are also committed to protecting and promoting the health of children and adolescents and striving to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered or sold to anyone under the legal age.
Within its technological and artistic work, SWLab develops educational and fundraising programs that promote protection and responsibility in the consumption of alcoholic beverages. These programs are designed to raise funds that result in donations to agencies around the world that help people suffering from substance and alcohol abuse, and for the research and development of new technologies to be applied in the future of wine production.
